Live, Grow and Flourish!

learn how to protect and promote your wellbeing even if things get tough

Your health is invaluable, and your self-care can’t afford to wait. If you keep putting others first, you’ll soon find that you don’t have anything left to give them. Sometimes looking after yourself is the best gift you can give to others.

This series of workshops will teach you the building blocks of how to deal with life’s worries whilst taking care of yourself, so that when things get tough, you will not only stay well, but grow stronger and better able to face the future. Whatever it brings.

Over 5 sessions, we will cover:

  • understanding the stress response and how it is possible to approach stress and anxiety in such a way that you will not only protect, but actually strengthen your mental health and wellbeing

  • allowing, accepting and surrendering to emotions so that you stay in control

  • including recovery times in our busy daily lives

  • nurturing supportive relationships: understanding the need for vulnerability and the importance of listening and being heard

  • exploring the importance of meaning and purpose in our lives

  • understanding the roles of giving and gratitude in maintaining wellbeing

Meet Mary Anne Holland
Coaching Psychologist

MSc, FdSc, CPD accredited mindfulness teacher

Hi, I'm Mary Anne and I am a fully qualified and certified life coach, positive psychology practitioner and teacher of mindfulness, with a Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching. If you are experiencing difficulties with living the life you really want then you have come to the right place - I'm here to help.

Life has its ups and downs and, yes, sometimes it's a struggle. But the most important thing I have learnt is that how we think can be either a help, or a hinderance, to staying well, finding happiness and achieving our goals. You don't have to stay stuck in a life that is not bringing you the happiness and fulfilment you deserve.

With a bit of help, you can learn how to change your mindset and change your life. I am the living proof - with just a few simple techniques, based on peer reviewed, up to date scientific research, I have changed my life for the better. It is a strong desire to help others to realise that ability to think well and believe in themselves that has inspired me to  become a coach. If I can do it, so can you! It is never too late, and never too soon to start.
